January 2025 Blog Diary

Hi kids and folks! it’s 12:15 AM on a Sunday, and I just inhaled a burrito my sister gave me. It was sooo good, but also... nakaka-guilty levels of good. But, was it worth the calorie debt? Absolutely.

January really is the ultimate fresh start. I mean, that’s literally why New Year’s resolutions exist—so we can lie to ourselves about becoming better people. And what better time to convince myself I’m a whole new person than the first month of the year?

So here's how my January went..

I had a dick-filled (DICK FILLED??? LOLOL) day at my bestie, Gail's bridal shower. Also, my first time meeting all of the bridesmaids, and I swear it didn't feel like it. We were all just happy and excited to be there.

Oh, and let’s not forget that I slept with a 40ā€ dick balloon. Because why not? 😌

I also watched the Attack on Titan movie in the cinema. YES, I KNOW. I’ve already seen it on Netflix, blah blah—but hear me out. This time, they threw in a bonus alternate universe clip. And honestly? I was not expecting an ending where Eren didn’t die. But at that point, I was just there for the experience and my undying love for the series.

The third week was all about Gail & Stevie’s wedding. I’ve attended weddings as a guest, but being a bridesmaid again after a long time? Exciting. Exhausting. Emotional.

Not gonna lie—watching people vow their eternal love and take each other’s last names really had me reevaluating my life choices… but only for a split second. Marriage? Couldn’t be me. šŸ˜‚

When I don’t have plans, I try (keyword: TRY) to drag myself out for a morning walk like some wellness queen.

Some more snippets from my camera roll

- matcha frappe that caused palpitations </3 Would I order it again? Probably.

- spicing up the card game with friends lol

- gym and walking pics (panggap 101)

 - poypoy snapping a selfie on my phone, so kawaiii

Onto my Netflix Department

First is "Flipped" - Such a cute, wholesome movie! I sat through it with a smile on my face the whole time. The innocence, the storytelling, the subtle romance—ugh, my heart!! A perfect comfort film when you just want to feel good.

Next is a documentary called "You Are What You Eat" a very eye-opening experience for someone who is still struggling with her diet like me!!

"PS I Love You" made the list - coz I need that sad romance to for some balance ya know

Another documentary is called "Martha" starring Martha herself, and a deep dive into her world

Also watched "Hack Your Health" - coz I need another reminder that you are in charge of what you put into your body!

"Always Be My Baby" - I have watched it before but I guess I'm just a girl in need of her Keanu fill lol

I also started watching "Good Girls." a funny story and Imma need to share it!
So I found a clip from this series on Tiktok showing a hot guy saying "get in the car, Elizabeth" and I find it hot, so I looked it up on Netflix, but I confused it with "Gilmore Girls" and I watched the wrong show and sat through 7 seasons telling myself, "I guess this is the season where the hot guy shows up" but nah. He never did! And when I finally watched this series, he showed up ON THE FIRST FUCKING EPISODE. But hey Gilmore Girls is still a good show!

Just sad that they canceled this show though, it's a good one too!

Top Songs for this Month
1.) Real Man - Beabadobee (coz honestly, where r they??)
2.) BMF - Sza (such a bop)
3.) Blue - Yung Kai (it's giving jowang jowa vibes but in a good way)
4.) Lay All Your Love On Me - ABBA (love me some iconic songs!)
5.) Guess - Charlie XCX (unserious song but a vibe)
6.) Wildflower - Billie Eilish (the vocals on the last part amaze me sm)

See you all next month—hopefully, with less food guilt and more life updates. But no promises. šŸ˜†

xoxo
