Boracay Trip (Part 1)

Hi kids! Today, Mom is going to take you on a 5-day beach trip to Boracay.

Thirdwheeling your aunt's family lol at least hindi drawing!

Anyway,

We flew out at 9am on Sunday, April 7th.

It was my nephew's first flight so we were all worried about how he would be during the whole thing but he sat still all throughout.

Landed safely in Caticlan!!

.

We reached the island at around 11 am and had lunch at the hotel we would be staying at while we waited for our check-in time.

This cutie patootie was very hungry!!

Can I just say how lovely our view was? We stayed at "The Royal Park Hotel" it's a beachfront hotel located in Station 1.

Ang gandaaaa!!!

They allowed us to have an early check-in right after our lunch since the room was all ready.

We spent the afternoon, catching up on sleep since we were all tired and deprived of sleep with all the last-minute packing + the things you have to do/prepare when traveling with a toddler. It was crazy.

We woke up at around 7, just in time for dinner. Walked all the way to D-Mall and ate at Andoks' yes Andoks lol because the bb wanted his chickeeeen and ofc kelangan magtipid hahaha!

I got this flower hair clip = never felt more Hawaiian in my whole life.

After dinner, we went back to the hotel and I set up my laptop and tested the internet connection to see if it was strong enough for work. Yes, I'll be working on the last 2 days of this trip.

Once the baby was asleep, I decided to go out for a nightcap and found Moi Raku while walking along Station 2.

Sat by the bar and ordered Tequila Sunrise. I enjoyed sipping on my drink while watching people dance.

Two strangers from different tables got onto the dancefloor and just started having a dance battle. Music and alcohol bring people closer I swear! Stayed there until midnight and I kid you not I was already feeling a bit tipsy with just that! WEAK!!! yuhh I've gotten weaker. Contemplated if I should get another drink but since I'm a responsible full-blown adult who should take care of herself, I chose not to. See?? GROWTH!!! so I called it a night and went back to the hotel.

Day 2

The next morning, we dolled up early because we couldn't miss the buffet breakfast lol

By 8am, we were out at the beach. Walked by the finest white sand of Station 1. Now I understand why people love coming here.

We took turns dipping by the water because my nephew wasn't having any of it. Poor baby was crying and shaking out of fear. It was also his first trip to the beach so there's that. The funny thing though, he fell asleep on the mat amidst the hot weather.

Poypoy so cute!!

iyaq sya eh whahahahah

After some photo op, we went to Jonah's to try their shakes.

Plus points coz they're using edible rice straws!!!

My sister bought Sand Toys so ofc the tita played with it. SYEMPRE!!

My nephew liked it too, and I guess this time he was slowly getting used to the feeling of the sand on his skin. Soaked a little more before going back to the hotel.

I changed my outfit because we were going out again in the afternoon.

Had some Henna Tattooooo.

Walking around the beach with just a bra and shorts sure feels fitting yet odd but I just constantly reminded myself that "it's okay, don't be anxious!!!".  I think it was a success lol

Then we reached Halo Mango and ordered desserts.

The sun was setting this time, so we hurried back to the shore to watch.

He learned to enjoy his nap time beside the shore. So cuteee bb!

It's always a sight.

The sky is in pretty colors!!

That was basically our second day.

We'd like to try out some activities that they offer but ofc we have to consider the baby.

See you in part 2!!

Backlogs are piling up once again. :(

xoxo
