Come With Me To Dumaguete

Hi kids, this is the continuation of the Siquijor blog. I'm sooo productive!!!

I HAVE TO BE ALL CAUGHT UP BEFORE THE YEAR ENDS AHHHHHH

I have Laufey's "Lover Girl" on repeat as I type this... coz the lover girl in me is soo pigang piga na if I turn to a hoe it's over for y'all!!!

I mean, sorry kids mommy is just having a HAAAARD time finding your dad because the menfolk nowadays are just making me want to be a lesbian no shit

Anyway if you have not read the first part, here's the link...

For the Dumaguete tour, we booked a day tour so we will have something to do before our night flight.

After our Oceanjet ride back to Dumaguete, we were met by our tour guide.

and so the tour begins!

We took photos here oz again, if you're a tourist, signs like this do matter!!!

Next is the Cata-al WWII Museum.

This museum is home to World War II relics, memorabilia, and artifacts collected over the decades.

If I'm not mistaken this is not owned by the government, they do not even have an entrance fee but are accepting of donations.

I saw some used grenades, some japanese military uniforms that were used during the war.

some old traditional japanese dolls.

and of couse some old Philippine coins and paper bills.

The owner himself took his time to explain some interesting artifacts to us.

Like this Php2,000 bill.

Next stop was Terra Alta, our tour guide said this place is famous for hosting wedding events (well... okay)

The greek design looks so chic.

The third location is called the Mango Ranch. This purple windmill is sooo cute! I actually love this place coz it's all green and the air was so fresh lol

The vibe is hacienderang naghihintay ng prince charming nya on a horse stomoyon???

like this haciendera

This Sulfur Vent is also called Smokey Mountain. First time seeing nature in action. It's weird and scary lol

Last stop was the Pulangbato Falls. I didn't dip anymore coz my bags were already packed so I just took some photos.

They got two separate waterfalls; I tried going down to get a closer look. Such beauty!

There's something mysterious and eerie about falls. I literally grew up watching documentaries that tell just how mythical and dangerous swimming on falls is. I believe them, of course. haha I mean one or two times wouldn't probably hurt(?)

I just really happen to be too lazy to open up my already full luggage, so I passed on it.

Before we go to the airport, we made sure to drop by Sans Rival

You can’t come to Dumaguete and not have Sans Rival. Period.

It's their local dessert!

Then finallyyyyy, we headed to the airport.

At this point, I was so damn tired. It was fun, the views were breathtaking, yes but my whole body was completely exhausted.

Still, it was the kind of tiredness I didn’t mind at all… the good kind, honestly.

aaand I'm back in Manila!

Dumaguete City proper felt pretty similar to Manila super traffic, jusko but the countryside was lovely. Maybe next time I’ll go back and really explore more, not just do a day tour. I don’t think a day tour does justice to its beauty.

I think that's all for me. (Uy nagmamadali sya lololol)

Imma see you on my November Blog mfs!!!

xoxo
